HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can register by clicking on the “Register” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR REGISTRATION?

No, Registration on AndOne.co.in is absolutely free.

DO I HAVE TO NECESSARILY REGISTER TO SHOP ON AndOne.co.in?

No, you can surf and add products to the cart without registration but you will be able to checkout and place orders only when you give in your e-mail ID. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in. We recommend you to register with us as it will help you to have all updates about AndOne.co.in on regular basis.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS?

Each e-mail address and contact phone number can only be associated with one AndOne.co.in account.

WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at AndOne.co.in My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An e-mail with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

 ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES OR TAXES IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE SHOWN? IS VAT ADDED TO THE INVOICE?

The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by AndOne.co.in to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is NO Delivery Charge and NO Minimum Order Requirement.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE INVOICE RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL VALUE?

Prices may vary in the actual invoice due to our last minute deals and revised product MRP. Any changes that occur will be refunded in 7 working days after the delivery in case of prepaid orders.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD ON ANDONE.CO.IN?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on AndOne.co.in. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer and secure.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CASH ON DELIVERY?

It is the most convenient way of making payments. Now choose from multiple mode of paying for your shopping like, Cash on Delivery & Sodexho meal vouchers only when you chose our Cash on Delivery mode. The delivery address provided should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. Kindly provide accurate address and PIN code.

IF I PAY BY CREDIT CARD HOW DO I GET THE AMOUNT BACK FOR ITEMS NOT DELIVERED?

If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card within 14 days.

DELIVERY RELATED

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) we will credit 5% of your order value to your AndOne.co.in account.

HOW ARE THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES PACKAGED?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked, hand cleaned and hand packed in laser perforated covers and the nets.

HOW ARE THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES WEIGHED?

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less.

HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY INFO (ADDRESS TO WHICH I WANT PRODUCTS DELIVERED)?

You need to login to your account. Then press “MY ACCOUNT” on the page footer and click on the “MY PROFILE” on the right vertical bar. There, you can change the delivery info as desired. Alternatively, you can choose separate billing and shipping address at the time of payment once you check out from our shopping cart.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Oh yes, we certainly do not charge cash. Just a smile on your face helps us get paid.

DO YOU DELIVER IN MY AREA?

We are currently serving in Greater Faridabad Societies for your convenience.

WILL SOMEONE INFORM ME IF MY ORDER DELIVERY GETS DELAYED?

Due to any unavoidable reason if your order gets delayed, we will inform you regarding the same. In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY?

There is no minimum order for delivery till 31.12.2016. You can shop with us as low as the product value is listed on our website and it will be delivered at your door step.

DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERY?

We do same day delivery provided you place your order before 2:00 pm in the afternoon on the day you want delivery. Please note that we do same day delivery in our service areas only.

WHAT IS SAME DAY DELIVERY?

AndOne.co.in has the USP of same day delivery. All you have to do is order before 2:00 pm and we will deliver it to you the same day evening.

IS SAME DAY DELIVERY APPLICABLE TO ONLY A FEW PRODUCTS OR ALL PRODUCTS?

The Same day Delivery is applicable to our entire range of products as it is order specific.

WHAT ARE DELIVERY SLOTS?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. AndOne.co.in currently offers 4 and above delivery slots each day. For example –

10 am to 12 pm

1 pm to 3 pm

4 pm to 6 pm

7 pm to 9 pm

Fixed time delivery is currently not available.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO THE EXISTING ORDER I PLACED?

NO, If you wish to add any item to your order, you can also request to place another order with us and it will be delivered as per the available and preferred delivery slot right at your doorstep.

WHERE CAN I SELECT THE DELIVERY SLOT FOR MY ORDER?

You can select the delivery slot at the checkout page on Step 3 – Order Summary and Logistics and your order will be delivered at the doorstep at that particular time.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DELIVERY SLOT AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

HOW DO I ADD OR REMOVE PRODUCTS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team on our TOLL Free 0129-4219000 for any modification of order and we will be able to assist you with your modification request.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER AN ITEM WHICH IS OUT OF STOCK?

All the items which you are able to view on the website are available at the respective store. We take full care of delivering each and every item to you, because your satisfaction matters to us. Due to any unavoidable reason the stock is not available in our store, we will inform you regarding the same and confirm the order we are going to deliver before dispatch.

HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?

In case any detailed information is required, you can check the status of your order by contacting our customer support team through our Customer Care Number (0129 405 1234 )

HOW DO I CHECK WHICH ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FROM MY ORDER? WILL SOMEONE INFORM ME ABOUT THE ITEMS UNAVAILABLE IN MY ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

Yes, you will be informed about the product, if not available by our customer care and the remaining order will be dispatched with your approval only.

WHEN AND HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to 2 hours prior to the preferred delivery slot you have chosen for delivery by mailing us at cancelorders@AndOne.co.in you can also call us at our customer care to cancel the orders but within the operational hours of our call center that is 8 am to 9 pm all 7 days of the week. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order within 14 days of your cancellation in the form of a Voucher. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills when you shop at AndOne.co.in.

You can also mail us at cancelorders@AndOne.co.in for a refund of the paid amount directly to the debit / credit card from which you have made the payments. We shall refund the amount back to your debit / credit card within 14 days of receiving such a request.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

You as a customer can partially cancel your order anytime up to 2 hours prior to the preferred delivery slot you have chosen for delivery by mailing us at cancel@AndOne.co.in you can also call us at our customer care to cancel the orders but within the operational hours of our call center that is 8 am to 9 pm all 7 days of the week. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order within 14 days of your cancellation only in the form of a Voucher. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills when you shop at AndOne.co.in.

CANCELLATION BY SITE

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

RETURN & REFUNDS

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery (and not beyond that) if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to you through a voucher code on your mail within 14 days. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills when you shop at AndOne.co.in. Once the delivery of the products ordered is received by you we will not honour any return.

There is a link called “DEALS of the Day” below the search bar on the home page. All products with any combo, discount or promotions are listed under this section.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received, you can certainly return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery. Please note that we do not accept any DAMAGED or MISSING ORDER complaints once our executive has left your premises, hence we request you to please check all the items at the time of delivery.
